ISO 45001

ESTI CHEM maintains and develops an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the ISO 45001 standard to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

We take responsibility for our workplace every day and work to improve it for the future through prevention and employee involvement. We identify, assess, and reduce occupational health and safety risks and actively work to eliminate hazards where possible.

We use workplace assessments, risk evaluations of equipment and work processes, and chemical risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.

Occupational health and safety management is an integral part of our daily operations and supports good employee well-being and safety.

We prioritize a proactive safety culture where everyone takes responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.

We track additional workplace environment parameters such as sickness absence, safety observations, near misses, and incidents to identify areas for improvement, which are implemented through targeted improvement projects.

📙 Risk Assessment and Opportunities

We identify, assess, and address both risks and opportunities to improve the working environment. Through proactive evaluations of processes and equipment, we ensure that improvements are implemented effectively.

📙 Training and Competence Development

We ensure that all employees have the necessary knowledge and training to identify and manage risks and to contribute actively to the improvement of the work environment. This is achieved through targeted internal and external courses.

📙 Employee Involvement and Management Commitment

Our Occupational Health and Safety Organization and team leaders work actively with employees to improve the working environment. We ensure that employees are consulted and involved in decision-making processes, so they have influence over their own work environment.
